Buyer's Premium
The buyer's premium is a percentage that the buyer pays in addition to the final bid price ( or hammer price). The premium for Welancora's auctions in all categories is 20% of the first $100,000 and 12% of the excess of the hammer price above $100,000. Sales tax will be added to the aggregate of the successful bid price and the buyer's premium. For further information, please contact the Bid Department
